Template Terms

Templates at Pajama Pixels are more limited than the graphics due to being finished works, though they are available to you Royalty Free for usage in commercial and personal projects with a few restrictions. You have the license to use them but you are not licensing any distribution rights nor may you alter them.

• You may use these for personal or commercial sites with no limitation on the number of sites. (ignore the notice in the sets that says you are limited to one site!)
  
  
• You may install these on client sites
  
  
• You must retain the copyright notice and link back to Pajama Pixels as it is placed on the template.
  
  
• You may not re-sell these sets.  You may  charge for your time to install them and even include a small overhead charge but you may not sell the set because you do not own the distribution rights to it. So you may not have a page of options where your site vistiors or clients can choose and/or download from these sets. (You may send your clients to Pajama Pixels to pick a set from here if you'd like or create their page using these templates if it fits their needs)
  
  
• You may not use these sets  nor the parts that create the sets, these include the html, css and graphics, to create other templates.
  
  
• The sets must be placed on a working site and are NOT allowed to be placed for download. (no CDs or site libraries are allowed) 
  
  
• You may not alter, re-colour, crop or change these templates other than button text and conent.
